## About This Internship Instawork is hiring a Telecalling Intern to join the Business Development team, connecting with local businesses to introduce them to Instawork's platform. Location: Koramangala, Bangalore. Working days: 6 days/week, rotational weekly off. Shift: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM. Contract: 6 months with opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance. ## Key Responsibilities - Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads - Introduce Instawork's platform and value proposition to business owners - Guide potential partners through onboarding - Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, responses, and follow-ups - Achieve daily/weekly calling targets ## Required Skills & Qualifications - Excellent verbal communication in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus) - Confident phone presence, strong persuasion skills - Prior calling/customer-facing experience preferred but not mandatory ## How to Prepare ### Skills to Build Before Applying Practice structured cold-calling scripts, basic CRM data entry, handling common sales objections confidently. ### Interview Preparation for Interns Common questions: how would you handle a business owner who hangs up immediately, describe your approach to hitting a 100-calls-a-day target, are you comfortable with 6-day WFO and a 6-month commitment. ## Stipend & Benefits Base stipend ₹25,000/month + performance incentives up to ₹25,000/month (total up to ₹50,000/month).
